Evidence-Bound. Doctrine-Locked. Reproducible.
NuX Holdings™ does not score sentiment. It evaluates human experience quality against a documented measurement standard and maintains an auditable chain of evidence from interaction through executive reporting.
A score without evidence is an opinion.
Five provenance markers — on every number
- Measurement source
The interaction, system, or evidence artifact the score was produced from.
- Confidence classification
Measured · Illustrative — surfaced inline on every score.
- Reviewer attribution
Named reviewer accountable for any score that crosses the human-review boundary.
- Calibration version
Per-tenant calibration coefficients are versioned so every score can be reproduced.
- Evidence lineage
The full chain from interaction to executive surface, retained for the life of the engagement.
Scoring rubrics, dimension definitions, and industry-specific calibration coefficients are reviewed on a scheduled basis and version-controlled.
Published scores undergo periodic audit against original interaction evidence to verify methodological integrity.
Every published score must answer three questions: What evidence produced it? Who reviewed it? Can it be reproduced? If the answer to any is no, the score is not published.
