How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com.
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
- Email us at support@nuxholdings.com with your order ID and we will coordinate the refund with Paddle on your behalf.
Approved refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Renewals & cancellations
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time through the customer portal at paddle.net; cancellation stops future renewals and you retain access through the end of the current billing period.
Custom engagements
Strategic Enterprise™, Executive Command™, and Global Intelligence Network™ engagements are governed by the specific order form or master services agreement signed for that engagement, which controls over this policy with respect to refund mechanics.
